Cabernet Sauvignon

This is very adjustable variety of wine cultivated all over the World as well as in this microclimate that gives remarkable results. The wine has nice ruby red tone with granite shine. Aroma is accentuated and permanent, typically fruity with dominating black fruit - black currant, with gradual opening of spicy aromas in combination with the light wooden notes. The taste gives very extractive and full, pleasant tannin taste but in the same time it is supple and elegant.
