Tornado Ipa - Istrian Pale Ale
Bier van hoge gisting in IPA-stijl. Istrische herinterpretatie (Istrian Pale Ale) van de Indian Pale Ale (Britse stijl) gebrouwen met gerstemout, een kleine hoeveelheid tarwemout, gist en een mix van Engelse en Amerikaanse hop die een intens aroma oproept mede dankzij de extra hoeveelheid hop toegevoegd in dry hopping. Het presenteert zich in een amberkleur met een overvloedig en romig en aanhoudend schuim. De hoppige smaken, variërend van exotisch fruit tot citrus- en bloemige elementen, worden voor het eerst waargenomen in de neus die door de mond aanhoudt, vergezeld van een medium body. Het lost op in een aangename bitterheid die doet denken aan de smaken van grapefruit. Deze IPA richt zich niet alleen op de hop (East Kent Golding, Chinook en Amarillo) maar ook op de mout (4 verschillende soorten mout). Het resultaat is een TORNADO van smaak.
Het is ongefilterd en geconditioneerd op fles en wordt geleverd met een natuurlijk gistsediment.

Top-fermented IPA-style beer. Istrian reinterpretation (Istrian Pale Ale) of the Indian Pale Ale (British style) brewed with barley malt, a small amount of wheat malt, yeast and a mix of English and American hops which evoke an intense aroma thanks also to the additional amount of hops added in dry hopping. It presents itself in amber colour with abundant as well as creamy and persistent foam. The hoppy flavours varying from exotic fruit to citrus and floral elements are first perceived in the nose persisting throughout the mouth accompanied by a medium body. It resolves in a pleasant bitterness which recalls the flavours of grapefruit. This IPA doesn’t focus only on the hops (East Kent Golding, Chinook and Amarillo) but also on the malt (4 different types of malt). The result is a TORNADO of flavour.
Unfiltered and bottle-conditioned it comes with a natural yeast sediment.
